Q: If I want something that you don’t have in stock, can it be ordered in?
A: Of course! We deal with over a hundred different vendors; we will always do our best to find exactly what you are looking for. Most times, we can “special order” for you.

Q: Can I add something of my own to a basket?
A: Yes-a great example is liquor or wine. We can add a bottle that you buy to a basket (you must supply a receipt) to be delivered. (We are prohibited by law from shipping alcohol). We also can include items purchased elsewhere, and personalized items, in any of our hand-constructed baskets.

Q: What if I don’t know what I want?
A: That’s why we are here. tell us what or who the gift or basket is for. tell us about the person or company you are shopping for. Tell us how much you want to spend and when you need it. Give us shipping and payment instructions. We do the rest.

Q: Do you gift wrap?
A: We will gift wrap any item we sell, at no cost to you. We will also gift wrap items purchased elsewhere, for anominal fee.

Q: Do you accommodate special dietary needs?
A: Absolutely! we carry sugar-free and gluten-free products, and can also cater to those with food allergies.

Q: How do you send your gifts and baskets?
A: We are an authorized shipper for both ups and fedex, and can ship anywhere they deliver. We also deliver locally, and have u.s.postal services available. Whether it’s going around the corner or around the world, we can get it there.

Q: I have a pre-paid return package to send by ups or fedex, can I drop it off with you?
A: Yes. we are authorized by both fedex and ups to accept them. We also offer other office services, including copying and faxing.
